So I just finished installing my new gates water pump due to a broken Fin on my polls water pump ( causing a bad leak) , and yet when I turn on the engine I still see a small leak under the car, it seems to be coming from somewhere under the belt tensioner... I'm at wits end trying to figure out what or where this water leak is coming from, it's dripping out slowly even when the engine is off... Any suggestions?

Sorry but the pictures don't show anything that helps? Fluid under the car can't show where it's leaking from.
I would wait until the car is cold then pressure test the cooling system. Just too many potential leak spots. Be aware that the plastic on the early cars degrades and you might need to replace a few more parts because of your recent repair.
I do envy the amount of room you have at the front of the engine to work!! The STR is almost a complete solid mass of hoses in that area.

Thanks again for the good pictures but they don't help.
You need to clean the front of the engine up and dry it off. Then pressure test the cooling system with the engine off and cold. Most parts stores do lend pressure testers for free. I did have to buy an adapter to fit the top tank connection but I have a 2005 so it might be different from yours.
Just too may possible leak points on modern cars.
Have you used a mirror and looked at the recent water pump repair? I always suspect the last thing done.
