Welcome to the forum, Adriana. Make sure you drop by the new member section and introduce yourself, so a moderator will take notice of you and upgrade you to full-status when you meet all the prerequisites.
If you are the original owner of the car, you should be fine following the spec advice and adding any of the coolants claiming to meet the required spec. If you are NOT the original owner, I would advise draining, flushing with distilled water, then adding your preferred coolant, either pre-mixed or undiluted with distilled water to achieve the 50/50 mix. Although the color can be a nice indicator, you don't know what previous owners may have added to the coolant system, and certain coolants, when mixed with the "pink lemonaide" that the 03/05's I own came from the factory with, form a jelly-like substance that clogs up the coolant passages in your heater core and/or radiator.
Like David, my coolant of choice is the Zerex G-05, but I've always done a number of "drain-refill-run" cycles with distilled water until I get "water-colored coolant" out of it before I add the G-05. Generally, it has taken an average of 12 gal of distilled. Not bad at $0.88/gal.
