TRANS PROBLEM
I HAVE 03 S-TYPE WITH 40,000 IT A 3.0V6 AND I HAVE THE LURCH. I HAD THE ECU AND TMC REFLASHED SECOND TIME, AND IT STILL DRIVER'S LIKE THE ****. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE IT IF FINE, AND THE FIELD ENGINEER CAME BY AND DROVE IT AND HE SAID IT IS FINE. IT IS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR 6 MONTHS AND I CAN GET ANY ONE TO FIX IT. DOSE ANY ONE HAVE A FIX FOR IT OR KNOW ANY THING THAT I CAN DO?
I AM SO TRIED OF THIS CAR NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. IT ALL SO HAS THIS WEIRD SOUND COMING FROM THE DIFF. AROUND 30-60 MPH. SORRY FOR THE LONG POST I AM NEW HERE TO THE FORUM. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS

You can disconnect the negative battery cable for about 5 minutes and then reconnect. This will reset the or reflash the trans. It might not change anything but it should'nt hurt it either. Sometimes it will get rid of the lurch or at least make it a little better. If it does'nt work it sounds like you have to bring it back to the dealer anyway so it might be worth a try.
