I am assuming you mean the Transmission Fluid? You have the Ford 5r55n Transmission. Here is the information I found:
Fluid - A/T: Service and Repair
Drain and Refill
Drain
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Place a suitable container under the transmission drain plug.
3. Remove the filler plug.
4. NOTE: If an integral problem is suspected, drain the fluid through a paper filter. A small amount of metal or friction particles may be found from
normal wear. However, if excessive metal and friction particles are present, internal service will be required.
Remove the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid.
Remove and discard the sealing washer.
Refill
1. Install the transmission drain plug.
Install a new sealing washer.
2. Remove the center drain plug.
3. Fill the transmission until the fluid flows from the center drain plug. Use MERCON V Automatic Transmission Fluid XT-5-QM or equivalent
meeting Jaguar specification.
4. Install the center drain plug.
5. Install the filler plug.
Check
1. Switch the ignition to the RUN position.
2. Depress the brake pedal, operate the 'J' gate shifter through all of the gear ranges, then select PARK.
3. Using the PDU, check the transmission fluid temperature. The temperature must be between 26°C and 48°C.
4. Raise and support the vehicle.
5. Place a suitable drain tray under the vehicle.
6. Remove the transmission fluid level plug.
7. If a drop of oil forms every few seconds the transmission fluid level is correct. Continue to step 10.
8. If the fluid level is high allow the fluid to drain until it reaches the level stated in the previous step.
9. If the fluid level is low, add transmission fluid through the fill plug (located at the 3 O'clock position on the transmission extension housing). Add
fluid until the correct level is attained.
10. Refit the transmission fill plug.
11. Wipe the residual oil from around the sump pan and the extension housing.
12. Lower the vehicle.
I hope that helps
