Trunk Lid Trim and Lamps

Looks like I'll have to replace the plastic chrome rear piece that goes across the trunk lid. 2006 body type - says "Jaguar" across the face and has the trunk button, keyhole and license lamps on the underside. I see 2 caps which cover screws on the underside but there must be more to the attachment than that. The parts catalog only has pics for the early body trim.
I'm looking for info on how to remove and replace the assembly without breaking anything. (Like does the inside lid lining have to come off?)
Any help here?

"Plinth" is such a cool word. I haven't found a part number for just the plinth on a 2006 - just a part number for the entire assembly. And it's one of those parts where the price-to-apparent-value ratio is more out of balance than usual. I found one used online but the price was nearly as high as a new one.
Also did some checking and apparently Jag itself offer no instructions on the r&r for this part other than ".3 hours". So it must be simple. There must be some clips or fasteners other than the 2 screws I can see though.
