Turning signal problem

Default Turning signal problem
So I have a 2003 S type R. Right rear signal works. But when I use the left signal both rear turn and back up blink like if i was using my hazards . Also when I back up only my right side back up light works . What can be the problem? I need help ? Is it the bulb.. is there a fuse ? Or am I missing something

If you go to the stickies you can download the JTIS it includes the wiring diagrams and how to check it.
