Turns over no start issue

I have an issue with starting. The car turns over well but does not start.
Just prior to this problem. I had a locksmith come around to clone the ignition key. He has put the key in a key cloner to get the information off my one key, and as yet, has not cut the replacement tibbe. Although I cannot see how this can effect the car starting. I thought it should be mentioned as the car has not started since he did this cloning procedure. I am now considering re-programing two new keys rather than cloning. Perhaps by re-programming it will resolve cloning being an issue.
So far I have done the following.
Checked for spark. Spark okay.
Charged Battery and crossed terminals for ten minutes.
Checked fuel pump fuses and relays
fuel pump fuse no 17 and relay in boot replaced and appear okay
fuel pump relay fuse no 4 and fuse 20 okay
Sprayed started fluid in throttle body. Still no start.
Checked inertia switch. It is in the pushed in position.
Checked flow of fuel at Shrader valve (I have no pressure test gauge) and a small quantity is released on turning the ignition over.
Cannot hear fuel pump operation when ignition turned . I don't know if I ever heard it operating prior to start anyway. However I have the back seat up and cover off pump.
I have ordered a fuel filter and may order a pump motor if required.
About 2 months prior to my no start problem. I have fitted new plugs, coils and a vacuum leak repair without issue.
I have read about the exciter ring on the ignition but have not checked this as an issue for starting.
If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

The problem with the "turn over no start" was the battery. It is not sending out another volts. Even though it was charged over night and turned the car over really fast even before charging.
So another odd battery quirk. That it turns over the starter motor fine. But the fuel supply that you would think would not drain power significantly made it a non starter. Perhaps, it shuts down the fuel when the battery is on the way out.
Anyway a good resolution even at the price of a new battery.
