Default Type of Spark Plug?

I tried to get some spark plugs to replace mine when I do the coils. The parts stores did not have the NGK's like I pulled out. They gave me the Bosch Platinum+4 and said this was the Bosch equivalent. Just wanted to make sure these would work before I installed them. Valve Cover Gaskets are supposed to be in on Wed. Pulled the coils and plugs out of the pass. side. Coils and boots look like new. Plugs were a little rusty above the socket ring. I'll let you know. Thanks.

I'm using the Bosch 4s right now..they work just fine. I had the NGK in before with less than 5 thousand miles on them. I had to replace them because of some coil issues. I'll never use NGK in the Jag again! The Bosch seem much tougher too abuse by comparison. I just changed the Bosch in my Nissan pickup. They had over 150,000 miles on them and the truck still cranked on a dime. I'm sure they had plenty of life left. You'll be fine.

wow, save your money and take the snake oil 4 tip spark plugs back and get the single tippers by bosch or autolite, less cash exact same performance.
