May well be best to get actual diagnostic via jag tool of the climate module.

Or, it's possible to laboriously go around the various sensors (temp, humidity, pressure) and actuators to fault-find.

Did you fix the leak or just recharge?? I am a bit confused because you can't properly recharge the system if the compressor is not turning??

11 oz. is a huge amount to put in. The system was almost empty. You lost oil too so did you add any oil back with the Freon?

Did you change the DCCV yet? I would for sure get this done now along with a good coolant flush and refill.

Be sure and flush the heater core separate from the engine. It has three hoses and I flushed all of them. That way you are flushing back and forth thru the heater core. I clamped more heater hose on the Aluminum tubes going to the core so I could get the hose outside the engine compartment and get my water nozzle taped to the heater hose. Then blast with water. Hold one of the other two pipes closed with your finger and then alternate. Then move the water hose to the next pipe. Do all three pipes.

I never did see anything come out of the heater core but I got my heat back as soon as I filled everything back up!! I still can't explain it but it's cheap and pretty easy so just do it!!

We were using a A/C Mcahine you can siphon it down and recharge with correct amount of freon and install correct oil without motor running , we did a siphon pressure test with no leaks found after 15 minutes , then we recharged and started at that time compressor should of started working as far as being low on freon It was still evacuting when I looked so basicly it held 1lb and 11 oz from what the sticker said not sure on how much we took out . , and it seems like the ccs is working fine in the cab a/c should be Running if clutch worked it has over 12volts to it and is not engaging

Im opting to sell car asap Its nice but no a/c and some other normal codes vacuum leak I was planning on fixing but maybe not now . black with tan interior no Nav newer conti tires all weather How Much ? 165 K
