I cleaned the A/C Clutch Very Carefully that solved the Problem Voilà !

Keep an eye on it because if you had that much junk on it the clutch is probably pretty worn and may not hold that good. I have had to shim A/C clutches as they wear. Finding the shims is sometimes a problem.
