Upgrade 2004 Jagur S Type Stereo to Navigation System
Hello,
I currently have the original stock stereo in my Jag, but I've used the stock navigation stereo in other Jags and I like it much better. Does anyone know if the hook ups on the back are the same and I found one I could buy it and just install that in place of my current stereo?
Please see the pictures attached to show what I currently have listed as the Original Stereo and what I would like to put in listed as the New Stereo.
Thank you so much everyone!! Have a great day!

You can and other people have swapped in the factory navigation but I really have to ask why?
I have factory navigation in my STR and will tell you almost any aftermarket head unit is far superior.
I would upgrade what you have and enjoy the added benefits like rear view camera, sat radio, Bluetooth phone and music and most of all a real navigation unit that does not require a $200+ disc every year to update the maps!
There have been several very nice installs documented on this list and if I did not have the factory navigation I would certainly upgrade to an aftermarket unit.
It most likely will be much cheaper to boot!
