Water pump location

Hey all,

I'm a newbie and I'm pretty sure the o-ring on the water pump just went; so, I need to know where the water pump is located and if my brother would be able to do the work himself. Is it a hard thing to fix?

It's a 2003 4.2L S-Type, by the way. That info would probably help.
