Hey guys, here's an update:
Two days ago I called the trans shop main offices, and I talked with somebody in charge of complaints. Today she called me back and told me that she talked with the owner and the trans technician and that their decision stands, there are not responsible becausewater contamineted the trans fluid and the small letters in the warranty says that it's void is there's water in the trans fluid. After a discussion on the phone, (she hung the phone on me) I checked the warranty and they do have a clause that says: "The warranty will be void ifRADIATOR water gets into the transmission". So I only have to prove that there is nopossible way that radiatorwater or coolantcould get into trans fluid. I have the diagrams and the picture of how the trans cooling system works. On monday I'm going to DACO, thats like BBB down here. Wish me luck.
