Ways oil can travel in to intake system.
I'm trying to get some other ideas of known issues for ways oil can enter the intake system.
Other than the PCV what other ways could oil enter?
Intake manifold gaskets?
Does the car have oil for the supercharger that can leak?
Any o rings on any thing?
I noticed the intake hose directly in front of the throttle body has dryed oil on the right side, some thing near by is leaking.

I've got one of these on the 300. It is amazing how much oil is in it at each oil change (every 3000 miles).
Billet Technology Catch Can for HEMI 5.7L & 6.1L | ShopHEMI.com
There are cheaper ones out there if you do a catch can. What sold me on this one was the ease to empty it, the all aluminum construction, made in the USA.
Like BRUTAL says, it just goes in line from the PCV to intake hose.

Here is a picture: (not my car..off their website)
I bet if they had information on what was needed (bracket, hose size and length, and fitting sizes) they would be willing to put together a kit. I'd be willing to "break the ice" if there was enough interest. I myself plan on getting another can to adapt to the Grand Caravan. I just cleaned the throttle body on it at 60k and man was it scary. All kinds of oil and gunk on it and in the intake!

Yea, that's the same type of devise that the Billet Catch Can is. What I like about the Billet one is that nothing in it, even the media for separating the oil, is plastic except for the rubber o-ring that seals the can to the separator. Granted, Billet Technology doesn't have a universal mounting bracket (why I wanted to see someone's car).
That should do the trick though, and hopefully you start a trend on here. I'm sure these things will help keep stuff clean. I know it works wonders on my car.

That is why I was asking about someone to work with. The folks at Billet Technology have a tight relationship with the folks on a LX forum. I'm sure that if I could see the PCV routing from the engine to the intake we could come up with a solution for hose routing and can location. They don't need to be right next to each other. Mine is routed from the engine to the fender area then back to the intake. The hoses are out of the way and the can is effective.
So, again, any volunteers?
If I get some collaboration I will try to open up the dialog with them for a custom solution.
