No I saw allot of those, just wasnt aware if he got banned
Like the thread were he said headliner fall from driving with your windows down(something seldom done it Houston unless your ac quits) And conversation yesturday when I picked up a part from Ken at Motor Cars about low mileage cars. I have a customer that came in yesturday with an 03 XJ8 and 311 miles! not a typo. I did his state inspection 6 months ago when he had 287 and told him to replace his tires since they were dry rotted from not driving. Needless to say the headliner in back has totally fallen too. Not from driving with windows down(they dont drive their cars obviously) but just time. He was complaining about flat spotting and I aired his tires to 60psi to help combat this I told him to rreally just drive the car,,,uh yeah he told me he would last yr. And no I have dibs on car. He said he would call me first if they sell it ever

So, that's interesting. You just may have helped me with a nagging problem I've had. Does it really help? I'll go ahead and accept my beating now..... Anyway, that Dodge I have actually is lucky to go 200 miles in a year. The tires are a few years old but haven't dry rotted, yet. But man do I get bad flat spots from sitting. If I take it on a decent trip it clears up a bit. I have a compressor. So, should I store it at 60psi then drop it to the normal 35psi? Should I drive it at 60psi for a bit? What do you suggest? Yea, I know, drive it more... but if that isn't an option...

yes jags are shipped from the uk with 60 psi just for that reason. And we don't drop psi till sold. Cause tires can permanently flat spot and of course you can feel it on your new jag. And if so the dealer will eat tires cause jaguar wont cover that. Nor brake rotors if the bags to cover them are taken off and they rust. Cause they dont rust where the pads sits and it leads to brake pulsation everytime it goes past the high spot where the pads sat.
And thanks for not beating me up for not driving it enough!
