By all accounts, Kenne-Bell is a reputable supplier at the top of their game.

The "quibble" is with their presentation. They had the data, but failed to present it all, or at the very least, in a coherent fashion. That is where the marketers came into play.

What was shown was no doubt accurate. Unfortunately, it is incomplete. There was no need for such selective presentation. Even if the page was edited for length, it was completely within their power to link to a pdf or another page with the raw test data.

The point remains that the 389HP run is useless because the configuration other than "ported" is not disclosed to an equal degree as the other 3 curves on the same graph. Those 3 configurations are detailed in the chart, the 389HP "ported" configuration is not.

The data is not an apples to apples comparison.

All of the above does not speak to whether porting is beneficial or not. It speaks to a failure in the method of presentation.

im sure a pulley upgrade and a porting job would be best IMO..AND LEAVE IT AT THAT RIGHT?As far as my senerio goes.
