Wells Electronics Turn Signal

Wells Electronics Turn Signal
I have a 2006 Jaguar S Type 3.0 V6. I want to replace the turn signal stalk because it is starting to stick when I switch on the high beams and try to go back to regular low beams. The high beams stay on and I have to flip back and forth between low beam and high beam to get the high beam to turn off. Wells Electronics sells the turn signal stalk for $259.97. The Jaguar OEM part is $355.99. I would like to save around $100 and buy the Wells Electronics part, but I am not sure how well it will work in my Jaguar. I have found in the past that if I did not use Jaguar OEM parts or NGK parts it caused problems with my Jaguar and my car did not run right even though I installed the correct part.
Has anyone used Wells Electronics parts on their Jaguar and did you have any problems with using a Wells Electronics part? Are they good to use with a Jaguar?
Thanks.

Wells (aka WVE) is the OEM manufacturer for many Ford parts. Jaguars of our era have lots of Ford parts. In many cases, replacement parts from a Jaguar dealer are ordinary Ford parts in a jewel-encrusted box, priced accordingly.
Can’t vouch 100% for the lineage of a particular part, but I have used many Motorcraft (Ford) parts on my ‘02 with no problems. Many of those Motorcraft parts were probably manufactured by Wells.
