Although not exclusive to Jaguar, I do not like having to cancel the warning notice everytime I use the navigation system. One more pet pieve please???? I would like the navigation screen to default to the "Jaguar" logo instead of the main menu options page.
Happy New Year!

On my old 2001 3.0 S-type, what annoyed me the most was it only had one real cupholder and one hidden cup holder inside the console!!!! But it had 4 ashtrays!!!!!!! its meant for a smokers car hahaha!!!. Now my 2007 STR what annoys me the most is it doesnt play MP3, my friends Altima plays mp3 WTF!!!!! we shouldnt be going thru this pain guys!

Traditional jag buyers if they wanted MP3 would just pay for the module (& fitting) to do it. Most wouldn't want MP3.
Used jag buyers tend to be on a lower budget but somehow don't figure the foregoing out (or check the car before they buy?) and just get on and deal with it. Now, where's my flame-proof suit.....

The size of the cup holders on my 2003 S-Type annoys me. My trusty thermos coffee mug is too big for it and I've yet to come around to buying something that fits.
The bugs in the AC/climate control (such as having to restart the car to get a working fan or having the thing set both temps to 23 degrees Celsius) annoyed me a lot, but then I had the software updated with a new nav CD and the problems went away.
And having a timer on the seat heaters is annoying in the middle of the winter.

Jaguar made a big / little cup holder insert as well on the newer ones, rather than the two symmetrical ones we have. I've been thinking about getting it, but just bought a new coffee mug instead... The two are interchangeable and just snap in / out. I can't stand the heated seats shutting off either.

Hmm - I didn't know there was another option and they are interchangable. Thanks! Maybe I'll search the interwebs and see if I can dig up the newer one.
Right now I just took the cup holder out and shove a Vitamin Water in the cubby. It kinda stays put.
