What is the CORRECT part # for remote key fobs for 2003 S-Types?

I've got C2C35283. I bought 2 of these things, brand new in the package for $25 each, off eBay to fit a 2003 S-Type with a 3.0 and manual transmission.
I take the car to the dealer, and they tell me this is not the correct fob for my car. Of course, theirs costs $200 or $250 (with key) per unit.
Mine are just the fobs without the keys attached. I'm being told I need a switchblade-style key. I'm trying to figure out if I can make mine work, for I'll save a ton of money if I can.
Checked JTIS, no info there. Checked the parts number PDF in the sticky at the top of this forum, can't find it in there either.

An update...
Called a second dealer and asked what the correct part number was for the remote, which they wouldn't tell me at first because "we don't give out part numbers." I finally got the guy to agree to tell me "yes" or "no" if I read him the part number I had. He said that the 2003 S-Type had only one part number for remotes and it was the number I had. Called the dealership where my car is, told them what Dealer #2 had said, and they said they'd try to program the remote. I guess they weren't going to even attempt it before I called back, either because their parts guy has a bad list or they didn't want to take my blank remotes out of the bag (thus allowing me to resell them as new).
Anyway, it worked. Car now runs and has two good remotes.
