Default Wheel Offsets

Saluatations, Im a newbie and may come off as so. But I have a problem and would love to get some help. To the point I am looking at upgrading my rims and tires on my vehicle. I have an 03 str. I am trying to find out what wheel offsets that I need to go with, I have also recently learned of back spacing through reading posts. The company said that they can custom drill the bolt patterns, but the wheel offsets that they offer in the 20x8.5 are a 20 and 35. In the 20x10 a 40 and 25. Also i am getting a sweet deal on a set of goodyear tires. I know a lot of people dont like goodyear but for the price I couldnt let them pass. So what size tire should I go with. Dont really carry around a lot of passengers except on rare occasions. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thx in advance.

Sorry memphis, I'm not going to be able answer the question but will ask a couple. If the wheels shop you are working with does custom work, should they not know the exact offset you need for your STR in both wheels widths? Are they supplying the tires as well? If so, and they have lots of experience, trust what they say and do a test fit before you pay.
