H&R makes them in the proper 5x108 bolt pattern.
The problem is because of the 275 tire in the rear, if you try to push the tire out, it WILL touch the top of the fender on big bumps. You really aren't going to change the handling much, if at all.. Basically, leave well enough alone is the right idea.
Jag engineers put a lot of design effort into these cars, and they could have easily specified a different wheel offset if they wanted a wider stance.

Thanks for the response guys...I could see where it would be a problem with rubbing the fender...
I'm actually wearing 255/40/19's all the way around, so it looks like I would have a little room to play with, just have to make sure they wouldn't push the tyres out to far...

I'm pretty sure there was an option for 19"s in '03, but I have never been able to find a catalog pic of them anywhere...

Do you mean the actual rims do not look right on the car...or the style???

STR Rims are 18x8 front with a 245/40/18 tire, 18x9.5 rear with a 275/35/18 tire.
Personally I'm not feeling the black rims, especially on a light colored car, but hey, if you like them, more power to you!
With an STR fitment 95% of the difference in width is made up for in offset. The rear tires do not really protrude further outwards in the wheel well relative to the fronts. You can't really tell there is a 275 back there until you look at the car from behind.

Rim style is definitely personal preference but I am a fan of the look...I love gunmetal colored rims on sports saloons...
The pic I added doesn't really do the car or rims justice...

I'm not a fan of big wheel gaps (18") on our cars...I do like the Barcelonas...I may look into a pair of them

I agree it's all personal preference. Post a pic up of your entire car.
