+1 for the photo of the sepangs. Almost looks like stock, but still stands out quite nicely.

I like the Sepang Rims. Where can I buy them and how much are they?

Well I was considering an XJR before i got my R and i found them as an option that most people dont get. They were like $4500 on the option list (not cheap but very light and also made by BBS). I have seen some new or like new sets going for a lot less ($1500-2000) on ebay and elseware though so just search around. I know the rims are about $1000 apiece on the Rs and they are 18s so the sepangs (they are 20"s) at the dealer might be twice that.

I think I like the XJ wheels over the Sepangs personally, but to each his own. Either way, both wheels look nice.

I was never a fan of the OE rims on the newer S-Types either. I think the wheels on the earlier, 1999/2000, cars are a good deal more elegant.

Michelins here. Great tires so far. They were new at 90K when I bought the car almost 3 years ago, and now I'm at 155K. About ready to replace them, but they still have good thread. I guess I'm a grandpa driver! LOL

those are good looking rims...
Before the jag I owned 3 Nissan Maxima (96, 99, & 01). In 1996 is when I had custom black rims made for the 1st maxima. Nobody could do it locally, so I found a shop in LA to do it. Back then they were a real rarity. Now, I see them every 30 minutes.
With you jag car, remember...it was not designed from factory for 20's although people do put them on, as I have seen. But when you do, you are robbing your ride quality, braking characteristics, stress on suspension and a few other technical matters that go against how the car was initially setup.
Do what you do because you have that right...but if the STR for your model year car (with 400 horses) didn't come from factory with 20's then that would be something to think about...there is a reason why!
