Where did you take your S-Type today?

Visited the vet at 9:20am ($650.00 to have cat surgically cleaned up and stapled after a "misunderstanding" with another feline)
Visited Sprouts for Milk, Turkey, Bread, and Beer. (They have a few nice IPAs from local breweries there)!
Back home for a rest.
Afternoon trip for sushi lunch and a visit to a friends Duesenberg shop to check out the latest restoration on an Auburn 12.
All with my 15 month old in tow.
Great day of local driving with the STR.

My daughter took my car to college, and she saw another Jag - then took its picture.
Is that an S-type? It is different a bit then my 2007 3.0L
Can someone suggest what year/type it is? Is it an X-Type?
Not a very clear pic, but it was passed using Whatsapp, so quality is degraded..

Well, I just had the call from the MOT test centre. It sounds stupid, but I'm almost happy about the verdict. It only failed on the EPB not working and the headlamp washers not working. I already have the washer pump ready to fit, but didn't get around to fitting it before as I was convinced it would fail on other areas anyway! The only advisory was a some corrosion on the inside on the rear discs, which were new 9 months ago. Hmm, wonder if that's the cause of the EPB issue?
So, instead of me posting a pic of myself looking all glum, I can post one of me looking all happy-ish.
Second thoughts, I won't post a pic of me, as kids read these forums too y'know Norri.

Little stinker forgot to mention the advisory on the rear lower arm bushes, but he did say that they were only just showing signs of wear.
Still, it was much better than I was expecting. We talked about a low battery being the cause of the EPB, but he said that it didn't work even with the engine on, so the voltage of the battery was not the issue. Shame, would have been the cheaper fix.
I'll check out the brake piston, but I suspect the module.

I've got 10 working days to do it all apparently.
