where is located oil pan in S type?

Unhappy where is located oil pan in S type?
Hello:

I have a 2001 S-type Jaguar and I want to change the oil myself but I just can't find the oil pan to do it. I already bought a manual at e-bay but it was a waste of time, it doesn't say anything.
Could anybody tell me at least where to find it?

You will have to remove a shield below the engine. The rest is quite conventional.
