Thanks!!!
Probably nothing. I am going crazy trying to find battery draw. There are a few fuses drawing current in trunk fuse box. It is hard to diagnose because some modules keep working after key was removed.
I removed rear ECM, it looked rusty, but seemed OK indside.

The "Stickies" be your friend: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...-drain-123535/
Or...you could search eBay for every module ever sold for an S-type and continue replacing parts.

Set up your multi meter to test for current draw between the earth cable and body utube has some vids on it then Leave the boot open when you see the boot lights go out maybe 15 mins the car is then in sleep mode start pulling fuses to find the draw circuit! Most likely an after market add on to the car , sterio / sub amp or device charger ? I think you'll find those fuses go to sleep when the car does !
