Will pay for right answer! Distinguishing Cam Sensors & Rearview Mirror problem
I will pay anyone who helps me solve this problem today $10 via Paypal or money order!
OK now to the questions
Anyone know how to differentiate Sensor A from Sensor B just by looking at it? accidentally mixed these up...
Also, my rear view mirror button isn't working... I checked all fuses and wiring, all seem to be good... any thing else I should check?

RE: Will pay for right answer! Distinguishing Cam Sensors & Rearview Mirror problem
Can't help with the sensors, but have had experience with the mirror.
Is it the model that has the light sensitive fluid in it?
If so, I'm guessing that when you press the button, the mirror remains in non light sensitive mode. The lens is bright. Right?
If so, this was exactly what happened to me [check my forum entry about 12 months ago]. Shortly after the light sensitivity stopped working, I noticed the fluid level on the lens was slowly dropping. Shortly thereafter it started top leak.
The fluid is very acidic, and where it dripped on the ash tray, J-gate and splashed back on the console face, I now have pock marks.
Although a number of folks tell me this has happened before, Jaguar Australia won't even consider replacement or compensation for their faulty units.
I'd suggest you get the mirror checked for the fluid in it.
BTW - there are two replacement mirrors. One with fluid, and one that is just a flip mirror. They are both OEM units. Jaguar charge nearly $800 for the fluid one; the other one can be sourced for about $250.
Wish I'd gone with the cheaper one!
Best of luck.
Cheers
