Default Windshield Washer Pump Replacement

I hardly ever use the windshield washers, but I checked the lines and they are clear ( ran compressor air through them with no problem and blew the cap off the reservoir and fluid all over the place) and the pump does not make any noise at all and the fuse and relay are fine. I got one at Rock for a closeout price of (don't fall down) $2.54, made by Trico.
Can I get to the pump through the wheel well or is the only way to remove the splash shield?

Thanks

there are two motors one for the headlights and one for the wind screen , I'm not sure which is which . one is directly behind the fog light the other is right up against the back side of the bumper at the far R/H side of the car . it looks like both could be changed from removing the under tray , but only one can be changed by removing the under guard so i would remove the under tray. mine is off at the moment !
this is looking up from the front bumper , see the tire and under guard just behind the water bottle should give you an idea! I'm sure the pump with the large pipe coming from it will be the windscreen pump.

this shot is looking strat upwards the small pump is towards the front.

I think Tom won't have powerwash for headlamps as he's in USA.

I recall a diesel owner changing the pump via the wheel arch (wheel well) and described it as, er, awkward (I think bar steward was the term).
