Not sure if the same thing but When the car is parked for a time, when starting out I would get a little wobble and then after a time it goes away. Sounds crazy but I was told the tires settle in depending on what brand and then they reform while moving and then all is ok. It works for me. You also might want to jack the car up and then grip the tires horizontal and vertical and try to move them around a little. If not solid and you can move them a little bit, something is off or needs correction. I think on the web on you tube their is a video to look for all the things wrong. I had a lower tie rod I had to replace and that had fixed a wobble at one time. Good luck.

Sounds like classic flat spotting in the tires to me. Some brands are more susceptible than others. Not much you can do about it, other than checking to see that tire pressures are correct.
