Default Won't start

Hi all. My Jaguar 2000 S-type 3.0L V6 won't start. This morning when I started it, it cranked once but did not start. When I tried the second time, I can only hear a click. There is power in the car (I can turn on the radio, heater, wiper, etc.). Overtime I try to start now it just click. What do you think is the problem?
