That's a BIG pass. You should be able to find other, better Jags in Toronto. Have you gone to Berkshire Motors yet in Thornhill?

Stay away! Why not the grey one? Why do you "need" a 3.0? Gas mileage? The 4.2's I've driven got the same gas mileage as my 3.0. A 4.2 would probably be a better choice in the long run. They are less common than the 3.0's and depreciate less quickly. Not getting a 4.2 is my only regret.

Did you make it into their shop or just give them a call?

I forgot to mention that they have a second website http://birkshiremotors.autotrader.ca

Are you set on the S-type? They had a 2005 VDP, Grey, 79K kms, that was drop dead gorgeous. Was just out of my price range I wanted to pay.

Stay away from the 2005 S type, black with nav system - it reaks of smoke and the headliner is stained with soot.

The other place to go is Woodbine Auto Group in Etobicoke at http://woodbinepontiac.autotrader.ca . Don't bother inquiring about the 2004 Silver S-type - that's the one I bought! But what you could try doing is coming at this from the other way around. Instead of seeing what's out there, why not have them work for you? They're one of the dealerships that was shut down during the economic downturn. They now specialize in high end used vehicles. Why not go to them and tell them what you want and see what they can find you? Just an idea.
