How much did you paint for the front bumper and the diffuser?

That does look really good. What did the body shop say about the quality and how much trouble it was to fit?

They said it was made as well as you can expect from an aftermarket bumper and that it wasn't too difficult to get it to hang right. I think they did add some sort of pin somewhere to secure it a little better but when I asked him what I needed to know to remove the bumper in the future they told me that I wouldn't have to do anything differently.

I'm going to install the new diffuser in about an hour so stand by for pics

This is where I ordered from...

Bumper: http://amzn.to/22upFQx

Diffuser: http://amzn.to/1Rrt0y9

How much for the cost of painting all over the diffuser and also the front bumper?

Nice progress, this is definitely one of my favorite builds I have seen. Will you be posting a video of the exhaust sound?

I added the vinyl stickers to the calipers. Looks very sharp.

I also wrapped the two trim pieces on the roof in 3m 1080 gloss black like the rest of the roof.

And today I finally finished installing the new headlights! I loves these things. I think they really complete the front end of the car. No more ugly amber reflectors.

Hey did you remove the antenna when installing the wrap? Did you have to drop the headliner?

Looks good - big improvements over stock. I've done many of the same changes as you, and was considering a wrap on the roof myself, but I'm still not sure about how it looks from the rear, because of the curved bottom of the rear glass visually joining with the roof.

It may be too late, but that middle section of bumper cover that ends up behind the grille, needs to be painted flat black, in order to dissappear, like OEM. Hopefully, your shop caught that before buttoning everything up...

is there any reason the rear diffuser would not fit on a 2010 XF?

None at all, it will fit.
At most you may have to cut some extra slots in the bumper where the tabs on the new valance don't quite line up with the slots in the bumper.
