I am just joining the S-Type owners as I just got this car today, a 2008 S-Type. I have found the XK8 group to be invaluable with assistance withe my 2004 Convertible. I hate to call this car my winter beater but it is and I hope I can learn and contribute.

Just bought this 2008 S-type today, so I can put the 2004 XK8 away for the winter.

4.2 engine, 137,000 km. New tires, and an extra a set of Michelin Ice and snows on BBS rims. Just got the license on her 3 hours ago so haven't driven her more than for a gas tank fill up. Ivory interior with black piping is flawless and every thing works. Trying to figure out the touch screen system. Everytime I see my XK8 in the garage I can't belive Iown it. Now I have another one I can't believe is mine. I just put a blues CD in playing with the audio system and my wife keeps bugging me to come and hand out haloween candy. She just doesn't understand. 1 year warranty on major stuff, $10,000 Canadian.
