Like this low? Then yes. This car is baged. Normal lowering techniques like adding spacers to the lower spring plate or removing the shims will need basic adjustments that are with in the adjustment range. Typically lowered car have excessive negative camber.

its not that low i dont think at least... its on the stock coil but with about 2 coils cut out.
im wondering, how sketchy would it be to jack up the front wheel by the spring pan, undo and remove both upper control arm bolts so i can replace the washers with flat stock metal pieces for better dispersal of the clamping force and to add more camber. It needs a couple more degrees of camber but i want the easiest way to do this, i dont want to take the springs out at all
