Default wiring difficulties

Hi Guys
Hope you don`t mind me using this site to try and sort an issue which is partly S type related.
I am building a Lotus Esprit which is now fitted with a 3.0 V6 engine from an S type.
I have got to the point of wanting to connect various sensors to an aftermarket ecu and have come up against a problem with identifying wires.
I believed the engine to be from a 2002 and it came with the engine wiring harness, however the wiring colours do not match the wiring diagram I have for that year model or any later diagrams I have found.
I need to know which is the signal wire and ground wire for the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors,
The sensor wires I have are;
CAMSHAFT 1 white/purple tracer & black/white tracer
CAMSHAFT 2 white/black tracer & black/yellow tracer
CRANKSHAFT white/red tracer & grey/red tracer

Any help greatly appreciated
Steve

Have you checked www.jagrepair.com.

also post pictures of your engine others might be able to tell you what year. But you could check the engine number and someone should know.

There was a model change / facelift around that time. Might be an earlier engine.
