20mm spacers are perfect for the front, but 15mm is the limit on the rear I believe.

You'd be doing pretty well to notice any difference on these cars, as long as your geometry is set up properly and your tyre pressures are good. I certainly haven't noticed anything other than my car looking a lot better!

Does not rub at all in the front, I did get a bit of rubbing in the rear when taking a turn quickly. I had them "roll" the inside fender a bit and it went away. As for speed bumps, I go over slowly, otherwise I can bounce on top of them.
