Me and my one track - or in this case "one finger" - mind (the whole clip works but the real pay-off comes in at 3:35):

Wishing you a speedy recovery U!

The middle finger is especially instrumental in every day driving. My deepest condolences for your disability. I know flipping people off with your left hand must feel like an adjustment.

See my previous comment about Hella Supertones. They can add emphasis that is currently lacking.

One of our fellow (and very classy) forum members has questioned the appropriateness of posting that picture. I think it's cool, however. No class here.

Towering fly ball into right-center field. Tried catching with the wrong hand (not purposefully). Never said I was smart. Relegated to being a designated runner for the rest of the season.

See post #12, that's pretty much all he has let on about so far.
A softball injury, but exactly how only he knows so far.
My guess is he swung at an inside fastball and connected with the wrong part of the bat, with his finger in the way!

Not a short shifter mishap? Looks painful, my sympathies.

Thank you. However, chiding from the spousal unit on the matter is more painful than the injury itself.

Must admit my immediate thought was “too much information”.
But I am squeamish 😐
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

"Very classy"...you know it's me, right?!? You don't have me confused with someone else, do you?

I doubt very much I would ever question the appropriateness of something you post here. Now some of the things you say in person are quite disturbing!

Firstly, this is some impressive piece(s) of hardware!

Secondly, obviously that glove does work (when it is used).

Thirdly, clearly the doctors want to make sure that your middle finger is fully straight and very functional...

and finally, try some real sports - like rugby, shinty, or dare I say cricket...

Sorry, no suggestions for spousal unit input control... <maybe removal of the pre-amp would help>

Heal fast!

Must not be an engineer. I find this sort of thing fascinating, though I usually prefer when it's installed on someone else.
