So this one is for the hobbyist and Jaguar XJS hobbyists dont spend that kind of coin. It has no race history or other intrinsic market value other than novelty.
Broadly speaking...It's silly season right now. We're at the top of the economic cycle and offerings like this confirm market psychology is unbalanced. Classic car prices, bit coin,high consumer confidence, and the compressed yield curve are all confirming the cycle is at it's peak. There just needs to be a catalyst to cause an end to the euphoria and rapid rationalization, that might take weeks or years.

I know quite a few people with degrees like Engineers, Geologists etc who have been unemployed for 2 years now. Apparently if you have a degree you are 6 times more likely to be unemployed than if you don't have a degree.
