Not knowing what driving conditions were. Stop and go around town, or open road. It seems to be warmer than I would like but not to the point of overheating, You might want to flush the cooling system and change the thermostat. The existing thermostat may not be opening fully.
You might also want to try to wash out the area between the A/C condenser and radiator. You should be running around 90 C. You are a little warm but not dangerously hot.

Lab grade temperature measuring systems that cost under several hundred dollars are typically good to +/- 2 degrees C. You are looking at data from a sensor that costs maybe $2 to produce, has to work reasonably well no matter the date or location or brand of manufacture, with who knows what changes in the signal due to oxidation at the connections over time... Do not get hung up on a few degrees C.
