R159 13n position plug - am I missing something
Because my plug is bad, from the guy before me, I decided to jumper a few things around it. However before doing so I noticed that there was something interesting in what wire were going in and what was coming out. There were some colors going into the plug in different position but on the other side there were colors in a few different positions that just did not match up. I think there were 3 different coming in and two coming out. Is this possible? I went through the Electrical guide, hardcopy, and only found it in a few locations

There some examples of the middle harness having more wires on that side of the harness in the connector than on the other side of the connector going out . An example is the V12 engine option on the Papa Indy 1 connector .
Sometimes on the back room assembly area building the different harnesses up runs out of a color and has to substitute another one so not to hold up main assembly line production .
In the airlines we go by wire number and not color so we had a universal wire stamping machine you ran the raw wire through .
The Papa Indy 159 look like this ? I have a source in the mother country .

It sites up on left side engine bay right up front. I know that it has something to do with the functional of the diagnostic port and the dual fans up front. Not sure what else but that is what I am trying to figure out. it sits right in front of the small fuse box. There are two plugs right next to each other one white smaller connecter and a bigger 13 wire connector which not all 13 wires are being used.
