I live 90 min from the nearest dealer. I took my misfiring 2015 XF 3.0 AWD to get some codes, and here they are in the order they came out. 75k miles

I was driving about two weeks ago and felt the misfire settle in. I ran some injector cleaner through the car and it went away for a bit. Now it seems it's back with a vengeance, which is why I took it in for a scan. I have a check engine light but I've been driving it so as not to make it flash, it only flashes if I press the accelerator down too hard. Then it stops. Ill admit I ran some lower octane through it for a bit (absent-minded, this is my only car that requires premium fuel).
TL: DR I have a misfire on 1,2,3,6 on a 3.0 XF sport.
any thoughts?

I pulled out 1, 3, and 6 today. I got the codes from this whole side and #6 from the drivers side

In order from top to bottom: 3 2 1
#3 has the tiniest bit of oil on it.
