About a month ago, I searched the forum and found a posting on how someone fixed their Wheel cap noise. I have the VDP rims with the cap, about 6 inches in diameter, and every time I hit a crack in the road at low speeds, the darn things rattle. They look really good, but this noise is driving me nuts, and I'm considering replacing them. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?

 

Spray foam like they use for home window gaps ?

 

I’m amazed that this is still an issue with such an well known fix. My 2021 MY has this issue and the fix above solved it. Why they haven’t modified the design of these wheel covers after years of this being a complaint is beyond me.
