Default Tensioners replaced now P1388

Had the tensioners, all the chains and gears in my 2000 s 4.o v8. Got the car back, seems to run like there's a miss. After driving a few miles check engine lite came on p1388. Used the Jaguar cam lock down. Now they say I need 2 cam shaft sprockets. They were just fine before the repair. Any ideas?

Not for sure but i think there are 2 different types of chains. Maybe mismatch. Chain to sprocket. Just a guess

P1388 VVT Over retarded – bank 2 possible causes.

Bank 2 VVT solenoid valve to PCM PWM drive circuit fault
Bank 2 VVT actuator oil supply fault
Bank 2 VVT actuator stuck

There are sealing rings (NNE2622BA) on the MODULE CARRIER for the oil supply to the V V Timing Unit.

They might be damaged or an oil change with a different viscosity might be the cause?

Could be that the VVT unit was not set correctly when the chains were installed/tightened? (set to full retard with special pin tool)

Could be, Could be, Could be, Could be, Could be?

Don't know, just guessing.
