Pulsating 33-35MPH

Pulsating 33-35MPH
I have a 2016, F-type.
In the 33-35MPH range there is a distinct pulsating sound/vibration in the car. Hard to tell if starting from front or rear. When turning RIGHT the pulsating appears to cease, but turning LEFT has no change. The pulsating will continue as speeds increase but become quieter/less obvious (possibly due to just more road noise/pavement quality). From my first trip to the JLR dealer - I've had the driver side/front bearing replaced (that was per the dealer invoice, even though dealer originally indicated they would change out the passenger/front bearing), which had no improvement. The second (and third) trips to the JLR dealer - I've had all four tires replaced with OEM/balanced and an 4-wheel alignment, which had no improvement and seems to have made the pulsating more distinct.
Any thoughts, because this pulsation makes what should be an enjoyable ride annoying, and I've basically lost faith in the dealer to diagnosis this issue, and don't really want to go broke for this issue. Please help.

Do you mostly FEEL it in the steering wheel? Or in the seats? Is it an audible noise that a passenger could hear? Does the pulsation change at all when the brakes are lightly applied, going straight?
You didn't mention miles, but it could be something as simple as a bent brake splash shield, or a seizing caliper. I don't remember many reports here of wheel bearing failures.
Sorry for the W.A.G.s.

I had a wheel bearing failure and it had that sound, although it came after the mechanics forgot to tighten to wheel nuts which also had that sound, especially after one nut had come off and 2 more were nearly off lol.
It would be fantastic if you could swap a different set of wheels on for a drive and see if it was still happening.

The pulsating is generally felt through the car (i.e. both the steering wheel and the seats).
I assume able to hear in passenger seat (my wife goes "what", while it sounds like there would have been two dealer techs in the car for their test drive).
Hard to say if stepping on breaks lightly change anything, because usually when I've done that, I end up below the 'threshold' of the pulsing.
Car only has 34,000 miles.

The dealer originally thought a wheel bearing. In the diagnosis said to replace passenger side, but when I got invoice it indicated they did the driver side. It is possible if that was the case they could have replaced the wrong one; assuming that is the cause.
We put on brand new OEM tires and that didn't help/change pulsating.

You'd think they would pick a bad bearing in 5 minutes on a hoist if that was still the case. I'd take it somewhere else to rule it out. The bearing failure in mine was after I had driven the car for a few weeks with the spline nuts on finger tight, and gradually loosening, so I guess the wobbling caused it.
