Comprehensive Component Monitor Test

Comprehensive Component Monitor Test
I bought my 2002 Jaguar XKR a few months back knowing that it had failed smog check.
I have fixed all the problems I can find and currently had MIL off and no DTC but the Comprehensive Component Test always fails.
The one that always fails is Manufacturer Defined Test ID #0A and I am not sure what that means.
After searching everywhere, I found a reference in the document AJ27_EMS_OBDII.pdf
It says Test ID $0A is for EGR Flow Malfunction, but my EGR test has always passed so I don't think it is that.
Can anyone offer any advice on this issue?

My wife's car is a 2006 XK8. Here is how I get the Comprehensive Component Monitor to clear:
- Fuel level in the tank must be between 30% and 85%.
- Start engine from cold, idle engine for more than 12 minutes 45 seconds.
- Drive away and maintain a road speed between 8 mph and 80 mph for at least 50 seconds.
- Pull over and idle engine for at least 66 seconds.
This procedure has worked for me since I discovered it on my JTIS CD back in 2020....
