Great find!

I was surprised that it was a single cam engine. I loved how it was basically a big bore version of their production engine. Just shows how good that V12 really was

My father and I are building one of those engines, with Omega pistons and TEC3 management. It's the IMSA spec' unit with magnesium throttle bodies, we were lucky enough to source them. Crankshafts aren't a problem to find here in the UK, once you have the TWR crank the rest is machining and careful build. Don and Justin who helped remove the cowl are Don and Justin Law, very knowledgeable father and son on these cars. Ross Brawn had a hand in design further along within the Jaguar team, another great Jag!

They had this car and the XJ13 at the past few R Performance Academies. Deafening in a garage.
