At my meets I usually make sure everyone has my email and phone number for anything that crops up, and try to get the details of one or two key attendees, again just in case.. it's up to you really but either way it sounds like its going to be a great day for all :-)

Hi

Thanks Flikz for adding your name to List.

A good idea Jim about getting Mobile Phone Numbers I'll PM members with my number.

Update on the Day Out have received most of the Freebie Car Care Products and the Demo Car has been Confirmed which will be the Jaguar F Type not sure what the Colour it will be.

I'm trying to make this a good Day Out and was hoping for more names on the List.

Regards
Tom

You are doing really well Tom - you have a well organised day planned, your list of attendees is growing - keep up the good work.. and come on guys, this *is* a great day out so why not sign up, put names to faces and cars, and ensure that despite the days getting shorter, and the weather turning to winter you are guaranteed one great Jaguar day!

Hi
Up Date on the Above Day Out

Museum of Flight are putting a Designated Parking Area for us and the Jaguar F Type will be on site About 11am.

My Plan is that we would Meet at the Museum of Flight around 10.30/10.45 am,
any Members wanting to meet up with each other on the way good and well.

We could check out the Demo Car ( 5 litre model) and get Photos taken with the
FORUM BANNER at the moment the Weather seems to be quite good.

Then let the F Type on it's way and have Lunch before going round to see the Aircraft and they also have Electronic Gadgets to Play, with one on how to Land a
Plane.
Some locals maybe able to come at the last minute so more the Merrier.

Regards
Tom

Hi Tom,

As the weather forecast for tomorrow is not good, gave the S a good wash and clean up this morning ready for Saturday. Lets hope tomorrow gets the rain out of the system and we have a good dry day at East Fortune.
Well done with the organising Tom and looking forward to seeing you on Saturday. Aiming to arrive about 10.30am ish and got the SatNav programmed.
Regards,
Telfer.
