HI all has anyone used or have any information on the jag workshop as these guys are not to far from me. Quite a few people that I spoken to have said since the workshop manager has gone the standard have gone down. So any info would be great as I need a service & mot.

Four days without a reply. It looks like we don't have any members who use Jaguar Workshop in Hammersmith.

If you only need a standard scheduled service on your 2002 XKR, there isn't much to it and it's a good way to assess whether you'd be confident to entrust them with anything more technical.

As for the MoT, the individual Tester and not the Service Manager is the one who is putting his job on the line if it isn't carried out properly. The Test Manual doesn't leave much room for error and VOSA Inspectors even less when they do a random spot check on a Test Centre!
