Jaguar X350 2005

Good evening everyone just got home and getting the dreaded 3 second bleep could be wet or damaged sensor on the rear could anyone advise me how to remove the sensor without taking the bumper off also where is the fuse is situated so I can stop the 3 second bleep until I can get it done regards Graham
