Quick recap of where we are to date

We currently have 51 cars and 100 people attending on the day, although I believe that may rise to 60/120
Jaguars of many different era's with classics and new in attendance from garage queens to daily drivers.

Every attendee with receive a "welcome pack" with car info details / badges, pens, 1" x 6" forum decals, leaflets and promotional
literature for all things Jaguar related from various sponsors.

The F Type and hopefully F Pace will be in attendance on the day courtesy of Pentland Jaguar and there will be a chance
to "win an F Type for the weekend" raffle worth around £400.00

So many amazing vendors have agreed to sponsor this event and there will be around £1700 of prizes to be won on the day, see main
post for details.
If raffles are as successful as last year, all proceeds go back into the pot for everyone who bought a ticket, with 3 prizes
in cash, meaning there could be £2000 - £2500 to give away on the day.

The full day is totally FREE to attend with no fees to pay or tickets to buy.

The forum banner will be on display with the chance to sign for posterity and of course, the Jaguar drive through stunning
scenery amidst the lochs and glens.

The sun is also booked to make an appearance again this year.

Further updates as and when they come in terms of numbers and sponsors.

This is looking great Jim - it looks like you have done it again.. great scenery, a distillery no less and massive support from your sponsors! Anyone undecided about signing up risks missing out on a great day and and a very good chance at some fantastic prize draw prizes...

Thanks Steve,
appreciate the kind words and thoughts.
Yes it takes a lot of time / effort / emails / pm's and phone calls, the generosity of the vendors has once again been amazing, absolutely top class.

You know this to be true as the amount of effort you put in is simply staggering ( couldn't do what you do mate )
Your meet is looking great, excellent numbers but can't believe you're looking for 100 cars!!
That's a frightening amount.....lol

50-60 is somewhat manageable, there or thereabouts...lol

This event is getting really big :-) Well done guys.. it looks like Jim is going to do you proud, and it's going to be a fantastic day.

I know how much work goes into this, especially with the speed that Jim has managed to pull everything together into a fantastic event.

So if you are in Scotland, or the North of the UK please please consider signing yourself up for this great JaguarForums.com event.. if you are in the south of the UK, or the Midlands please put yourself down for the Brighton event.

If you don't put yourself down you will risk missing a superb JaguarForums.com flagship event - guaranteed to give you and your Jaguar a great day out, and you as always, are guaranteed to come away with great memories, plus discounts and prizes, meeting up with everyone you know from online, and a chance to see some fantastic cars of course.

Steve, members in Scotland or the South of England have a great opportunity as you say, to visit either of the events. There's so much going on, so many cars, so many members and prizes from some amazing sponsors....should be a brilliant day at either event.

This of course, is all down to some good natured friendly rivalry between you and I, its the members that win out at the end of the day, as it should be.
You and I.......in a heap somewhere, knackered, exhausted and stressed to the max....lol

Lol Steve, I have at least 10 up my sleeve, but letting you have the kudos for the moment, I'll add them a few days before plus any others and sail on by....NOT!

One of the guys said it would be great if we could get 100 cars, I was appalled at the thought ( gave me nightmares if the truth be known )....we'll be fine with 50 - 60 cars if we can make that happen on the day.
Need to rein in on the prizes otherwise we'll be raffling all day....lol

If all goes according to plan as per last year, we'll me at around 8.30 - 9am to get there for 09.45am at the distillery, meet n greet, sign the banner, check out each others cars n mingle, hold the raffle and around 1pm - 2pm go for the drive portion, ending up at the services again for those that want to have the full experience on the day.
The last of us wound up at around 5pm last year

Looking forward to seeing your day Steve as you keep pulling rabbits out of hats, will be a great day
