Thanks Steve, 60 cars and around 114 people will be plenty on the day, tons going on, good craic, great scenery and a few Jag convoys to boot, all hopefully in brilliant sunshine.

You on the other hand are a complete madman, aiming for 100 cars ( now very close I see )
60/114 will take plenty of organising with more than a few hiccups and headaches along the way, so 100/160?? Kudos to you my friend.

You've reached a milestone that's for sure, fantastic results with sponsors / prizes etc on the day too, will be an amazing day.

Some alterations to the listing.

Member Jim Dalziel unfortunately had car written off, so unable to attend as a car owner, but will attend as a plus 1 with son.
Member and event sponsor David Grice ( Mr Tint ) also had car written off and unable to attend as a car owner, will now not attend
Healey2965 add in c/w plus1 at # no 6
Parkie moved from number #60 to number #26

Now 59 cars and 116 attendees on the day

Well guys, times marching on so made a start again today.....

Sticky labels, pens and raffle books all sourced and ordered. Sent a few emails as well regarding some of the free prize draws and got them organised too.
Banner, check!
Forum decals - check!

Made a few last minute checks on attendees and info, all good. Also managed to get up to date with dashboard info sheets and also touched base with Glen Turret and Pentland Jaguar.

With a little over 4 weeks to go, it's now coming to a head and is that little bit more real......
Jim

Well been taking stock some more today / tonight..........
Contacted Pentland Jaguar and we're still on for an F type and possibly an F Pace on the day ( or perhaps XE depending on availability )
They've said we're still on for the raffle of a chance to win an F type for the weekend too!!

Bacon rolls should still be good from Glen Turret, but I'll check again, can taste them already...lol

Took stock of vouchers and prizes tonight too, they total approx £2200 by my reckoning with some truly great prizes. Assuming there's plenty of interest and a decent amount raised that could be another £500 cash to be split and offered to ANYONE who participates in the prize draws by buying a ticket!!

So in theory we could be approaching around £3000 worth of prizes to be gifted on the day!!
Raffle books, pens and stickers all delivered, SNG Barratt very kindly sent their donations which also arrived today.

I'll be making forum badges ( stick on this year ) with both name and forum username for quickness. Obviously it's up to each individual, but I hope most use them as they are a really useful quick and easy way to identify everyone. Maybe it's just me but faces and names are becoming a blur these days and every little helps....lol

The welcome packs be user specific and include dashboard info sheets, outlining the forum username, name and car details intended to be placed on the dashboard of course. Again this is a useful tool so that others can quickly and easily identify whose car they're probably drooling over or admiring.

I'm also hoping to include a selection of soft drinks / water and or snacks too for everyone, we'll see how that goes!
Now on the lookout for everyone to take as many pics / videos of the day as possible.

I'm also going to apologise in advance, whilst everyone is enjoying the day, for me it will be ( if last year is anything to go by ) just a blur, so apologies in advance if I don't have time to speak or catch up.....Please believe me, it's not intentional.

With 4 weeks and 2 days to go, I'm now in countdown mode

Thanks guys
Jim

You'd think it would be safe to go out shopping for DIY items without being harassed like that.

I'm sure Jim will be along shortly to add you to the list.
